Selling homes is always lucrative, even with all the foreclosures happening. What may be a cheap sale for one is a huge sale for someone else. As we all know everyone needs some where to live so there will always be sales in this niche.
Now stepping up to a home there are tons of niche site ideas starting with pathway lights. Inside homes we have entry way furniture, closets & coat racks that can be nice micro niches if its something you find interesting. It is so important that whatever you base your site on its exciting to you or boredom may set in.
